Le Rose di Settembre Marche Rosato IGT, 2023

Harvested by hand in boxes; the grapes are pressed directly and softly to limit colour extraction; part of the product derives from the dripping of the press, while the rest of the must is sent to fermentation after a contact with the skins of about 12 hours; fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, with a short final stay on the fine lees; bottle-ageing for 3 months.

Intense pink colour with violet hues; nose of dog rose and violet; fresh and pleasant taste, with good aromatic complexity, reminiscent of almond and berries in the finish.

Aperitifs, starters, white meats, mild cheeses.
