Le Rose Nizza Riserva DOCG 2018

A wine obtained from rigorous selection of grapes already in the vineyard and late harvesting to obtain maximum concentration. This is followed by a long maceration on the skins and an ageing period of at least 36 months in French oak barrels, which smooth out the wine’s edges and allow it to reach full maturity.

Intense ruby red colour with light violet hues; the nose has notes of black cherry, coffee and cocoa. The palate is full, austere and velvety with a rich, silky finish.

It is a good companion for structured meat dishes, game, mature or blue cheeses.
