Description

After cooling and a rigorous manual selection, the bunches are delicately pressed. The must is left to settle at low temperature for 48 hours. The clear part is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, by indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 7 months in steel tanks on the fine lees.

Fresh and fragrant nose, of lemon and sage; slender and balanced sip, with beautiful freshness.
