Description

Soft pressing of the grapes with a maximum extraction of 50% of free-run must. Fermentation in 30 hl oak barrels. Aging 12/14 months in 30 hl oak barrels.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Very mineral nose, with notes of toasted almonds and exotic fruit; full, harmonious and velvety sip.

Fish dishes, risottos and tasty cheeses.
