Description

Manual harvest in boxes; crushing, destemming and vinification at a controlled temperature of 16°C; the wine ages in steel for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow color with slightly golden reflections; nose of white flowers and peaches in syrup, very intense and with good persistence; harmonious sip, very soft, with a return to the aftertaste of olfactory sensations.

Pairings

Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, pasta with tomato sauce.
