“Lungocosta” Bolgheri DOC 2020

The grapes of each variety are harvested by hand and vinified separately. Soft pressing of whole grapes for Vermentino, destemming and cold maceration for Sauvignon Blanc. Slow fermentation of the musts at a controlled low temperature, after which 9 months of aging follow, in 10hl barrels for the Vermentino and in oak barriques for the Sauvignon. Finally, the wines are assembled and the blend rests for 3 months before bottling.

Traditional white Bolgheri; intense straw yellow colour, floral and tropical fruit nose, mineral, with a fresh herbaceous note and a touch of vanilla. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, full-bodied, with good flavor and persistence of the fruit.
