Description

Manual harvest in boxes in mid-September; short carbonic maceration, pressing, closure of alcoholic fermentation at 24°C in stainless steel; carrying out malolactic fermentation. It matures for 4 months in steel and refines for 1 month in the bottle.

Tasting

Pale ruby red color with violet reflections; nose of cherry and wild strawberries, sip that maintains the freshness and flavor of a white wine with the persistence and length of a young red wine.

Aperitif, appetizers, fried seafood, cured meats and cheeses.
