Manual harvest, maceration of red and white grapes together for 5 days and subsequent spontaneous fermentation in steel, where the wine then ages for two years before being released for sale.

Pale watermelon red in color, with a nose of red currant and violets. Like the best Georgian wines, it has earthiness and fruit flavors balanced by crisp acidity. The inclusion of white grapes gives the wine a delicate floral note.

Ground appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, grilled white meats, varied vegetarian dishes.
