Magnum Arneto 2020

After spontaneous fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 50-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and ages on the fine lees for at least six months. Bottled unfiltered, it ages in the bottle for several months.

Structure, pulp, acidity and flavour complement each other perfectly, accompanied by notes of citrus and aromatic herbs.

Raw fish, crustaceans and molluscs, vegetarian dishes, cured meats and lightly aged cheeses.
