Blended couvée predominantly Pinot Meunier, made with reserve wines vinified and aged in oak barrels; the grapes come from the crus of Damery, St. Martin d’Ablois and Vinay, in the Vallée de la Marne; spontaneous fermentation with Native yeasts, malolactic fermentation, no filtration or clarification; refines in the bottle on the yeasts for 30 months, until disgorgement. It then rests for 6 months before being put on the market.
