Description

From grapes harvested at the end of September. Integral version of a great classic by Natalino Crognaletti, wine made following a procedure taught by his grandfather, with about 10% of skins macerating for 9 months. Skins and dregs are removed in May and it is placed in stainless steel for 1 month. The wine is bottled with its own yeasts and may have a light sediment. Only in Magnum.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow color; fruity nose, of pear and white pulp fruit, with floral and citrus notes; fresh and full-bodied sip, good balance and long persistence.

Pairings

Shellfish and seafood, grilled fish, lightly matured cheeses.
