Manual harvesting of perfectly healthy grapes, soft pressing using only free-run must, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; maturation in Austrian oak barrels for one year; unfiltered or clarified, no added sulphites.
Fine and intense nose, of grapefruit peel and white stone fruit, with notes of honey and white flowers; savory and mineral on the palate, soft and creamy, with a long persistence.
Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
