Description

Harvest at perfect phenolic ripeness between the end of September and the beginning of October. The grapes are completely destemmed and the maceration on the skins lasts for 8 months in amphora; the wine continues to mature in amphora and finally refines in the bottle.

Intense ruby red color; complex nose of dark flowers and aromatic herbs; deep, elegant and balanced sip, fresh and savoury.
