Description

The base wine ferments in steel tanks for 80% while the remaining 20% continues in 500 and 225 liter French oak barrels. The 12-month refinement takes place half in steel and half in barriques always in contact with its own yeasts. The tirage is done with fresh must from the following year. It remains at least 18 months in the bottle on the yeasts. Not dosed.
