The grapes are harvested in September. After the harvest, a soft pressing is carried out and the must is fermented and matured in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After racking, the wine is left to rest in steel tanks until March/April and then bottled.
Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Nicely fresh, it expresses itself with citrus fruits, peach, apple and chamomile, with a good taste-olfactory correspondence. Excellent persistence with a savoury and clean finish.
Delicate fish dishes, vegetables au gratin and fresh cheese.
