Manual collection in boxes. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel; maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks; malolactic fermentation entirely carried out in barrels. Matures 12 months in barriques, of which 33% are new (80% of French origin); light filtration during bottling.
Wine with a complex nose and a fresh, long and voluminous mouth with a nice tannic density.
Roasted or grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses.
