60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot
Plot vinification in thermoregulated concrete, wood and stainless steel vats filled by gravity without pumping over. Cold pre-fermentation macerations, alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, punching down, sulphite-free winemaking. Maturation for 16 months in French oak barrels.
Dense and deep red color. The palate is fascinated by a beautiful freshness supported by a mineral aroma, on fresh fruit and a hint of white pepper. The finish reveals a hint of mocha. Silky tannins that provide good length and power on the palate. Great aging potential.
