Description

It is the winery’s “second wine”. Plot vinification in thermoregulated concrete, wood and stainless steel vats filled by gravity without pumping over. Cold pre-fermentation macerations, alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, punching down, sulphite-free winemaking. Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels and concrete tanks.

Tasting

Intense color with violet reflections. Rich aroma, with floral notes of blackberry, dark chocolate, bitter orange and liquorice. The mouth is full, round and creamy. We find the flavors of small black fruits on a mocha finish.

Pairings

A Tapas dish, an entrecot, a red fruit salad with a chocolate coulis.
