Mavù Verdeca Pas Dosé IGP

Manual harvest in 12kg boxes; cooling of the grapes in a cold room at a temperature of 2°C for 12 hours, pressing of the whole grapes with a yield of no more than 50%, fermentation of the sparkling wine base at low temperatures. Bottle refinement for at least 36 months with manual remuage on pupitres for 3 weeks. Disgorgement without any dosage.

Aromas of ripe apricot, hazelnut and a slight sensation of bread crust. On the sip a silky bubble, freshness, flavor and a light balsamic note.
