Traditional red winemaking with spontaneous fermentation; natural progression of malolactic fermentation and maturation in medium-sized oak barrels.
Very light ruby red color. The nose is dominated by hints of wild strawberries and cherries, followed by notes of violet and bitter almond. The sip is fresh, with a light tannic texture and well integrated into the drink.
Aperitif, cured meats and cheeses, fried foods.
