Description

Manual harvest at the end of September; soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation on the skins thanks to the indigenous yeasts already present, carried out in steel for about 20 days; maturation for 12 months on the fine lees, always in steel, refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of ripe fruit, blackberries, raspberries and plums; soft and enveloping sip, balanced by the beautiful acidity.
