Merlot
The Merlot harvest generally takes place in the second ten days of September. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks, with maceration for approximately 7 days at a temperature of 24-26°C. Maturation in steel tanks for 9 months.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Winy aroma with a strong hint of currants and ripe red fruit. Harmonious and balanced flavour, with the right body and good persistence.
Pleasant with land-based appetizers and even simple dishes.
