Description

Manual harvest in small boxes in the first week of September. The harvested grapes rest for a few days in a cold room at 5°C; This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C. Part of the wine rests on the yeasts in concrete barrels and the other is kept in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Delicate nose of white flowers and fruit, with notes of wild herbs; mineral and savory sip, easy to drink.
