“Mille e Una Notte” Terre Siciliane IGT 2017

Produced from the best grapes of the vintage, the Thousand and One Nights best expresses the winery’s sartorial work. Manual fermentation process takes placeing and cleaning of the bunches on the sorting table, with the aid of cutting-edge technologies that allow the precise elimination of green or overripe grapes. Fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for approximately 14 days is followed by refinement in French oak barriques for 13-14 months and a long period (24 months) in the bottle.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; Mille e Una Notte expresses fruity notes of blackberries and currants, fresh minty and spicy hints, black pepper and toasting. The sip is broad and velvety, with very soft tannins; the finish is of great persistence and flavor.
