After destemming and soft pressing, the must ferments in steel with native yeasts and without temperature control. The wine ages for 6 months in cement tanks and for another 3 months in the bottle.
Fresh nose of white flowers; pulpy sip, with a characteristic savoury note in evidence.
Delicate appetizers, vegetarian dishes, lightly matured cheeses.
