Description

One week of maceration of the must with the skins; fermentation without temperature control and with native yeasts, refinement in cement tanks. In winter the natural cold of the tanks outside is used for clarification and tartaric precipitation.

Delicate nose of peach and apricot, white flowers and wild herbs; sip, fresh and savoury, elegant and persistent.
