Manual harvest; vinification with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts, with delestage and pumping over for 20 days; maturation takes place in steel.

Ruby red colour; the nose is intense, with hints of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, a hint of leather and wood; on the palate it is soft, with a fine tannic texture, good freshness and persistence.

First courses with ragù, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
