Description

Manual harvest in the third week of September; traditional white winemaking with Native yeasts in steel; maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; the mineral scents of basalt stone are perceptible on the nose, as well as exotic fruit and wild flowers; the sip is dry and savory, with good body and fresh acidity.
