Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional red wine vinification in steel barrels, maturation of the wine in steel with a short passage in oak barrels.
Ruby red in colour; rich and complex nose with notes of cloves, pepper and cinnamon; fruity and harmonious on the palate, accompanied by notes from the passage in wood.
First courses with meat sauces, roasts, stews, medium-aged cheeses.
