Montebetti Riserva Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG 2019

Selection of bunches in August and September; the grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September/beginning of October using traditional buckets; 30% of the grapes are crushed with stalks and placed in oak vats for spontaneous fermentation together with the destemmed bunches. The maceration on the peels and stems lasts about two weeks; once macerated, the wine is transferred to oak barrels and vats for approximately thirty-five months and then bottled.
