Manual harvest in bins with selection in the vineyard; skin maceration at 8/12°C and subsequent pressing of the grapes after 40/42 hours; spontaneous white fermentation with subsequent batonnage until malolactic fermentation takes place; the wine matures in steel on its fine lees for at least 10 months.
Deep straw yellow colour; intense and complex nose, of lemon and cedar, yellow and green apples, with notes of mint and lemon balm; equally intriguing, elegant, mineral sip, with good freshness and long persistence.
