BottlesOnly the free-run must is left to ferment spontaneously at a controlled temperature before maturing for approximately five months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, it rests in glass for a few months before being released for sale in the spring following the harvest. Unfiltered.
Bright straw yellow color; nose of wildflowers, white-fleshed fruit, and citrus; fresh and mineral on the palate, with great flavor.
