Sangiovese 80% Merlot 10% Sagrantino 10%
Manual harvest in boxes starting from mid-September for Merlot, beginning of October for Sagrantino and Sangiovese grapes. Maceration on the skins and subsequent refinement in steel and in the bottle for approximately eight months.
Intense ruby red color, with evident violet reflections. The aroma, open and ethereal, recalls jam, with prevailing notes of blackberry and currant. The flavor is broad and harmonious and on the palate the wine reveals its structure, combined with a pleasant and persistent fruit.
Legume soups, white and red meats with simple cooking, cured meats, semi-mature cheeses.
