From only selected grapes, this Montepulciano is matured in large oak barrels, and then refined for a further period in barriques.
Intense purple red color, with violet reflections. Dense bouquet of red fruit, vanilla and spices. Enveloping taste, full-bodied and balanced, with beautiful soft tannin; long and persistent.
Structured first courses, roast and grilled meat, polenta. Excellent with cured meats and long-matured cheeses.
