The young plot is located at the exit of Monthelie towards Nantoux, facing west, and enjoys very sunny afternoons. Located on steeply sloping terrain with small silt debris, it gives character to its white wines.
Ripe and sunny wine. Sweet fruit with smoky and limestone notes; of great intensity and concentration, with good refreshing acidity, hints of grapefruit and long persistence.
Seafood, fatty fish, traditional French creamy cheeses, cured meats.
