Mosaic Blanc Aquileia DOC 2023

Manual collection in small crates; immediate pressing, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18/20°C in 300l wooden barrels; racking of the must for natural sedimentation. Maturation in barriques, always in contact with the yeasts until the end of June; bottle aging for a minimum of 3 months.

Intense straw yellow colour; on the nose notes of broom, tropical fruit and peanut butter, with a light vanilla spiciness. The sip is warm, soft, highly concentrated and with a long and delicate finish.

Seafood first courses, legume soups, raw ham, fresh cheeses.
