Description

Maceration for a few hours in a press at 20°C. Squeezing, decanting in an autoclave and fermentation at 15°C for approximately 10 days. It matures in steel until the end of the following spring, on the fine lees with periodic batonnage; refines 2 months in bottle.

Tasting

Brilliant straw yellow color with golden hues. On the nose tropical aromas of grapefruit and banana. Creamy, powerful and fresh sip. Long and persistent finish.

Aperitif, crustaceans and molluscs, oriental cuisine.
