Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation in steel with temperature control at 26°C; drawing off after 6 days and carrying out the malolactic fermentation; matures in steel on the fine lees and refines in the bottle.
Bright red colour, complex and fresh nose of fruit and spices; decisive, balanced, savory, acidic and mineral sip, easy to drink.
