Muffo Grechetto Passito Lazio IGT 2022

The harvest takes place at the beginning of October, the grapes are placed on racks in an environment exposed exclusively to natural meteorological conditions. The drying lasts until mid-December; then soft pressing, preventive static decantation of the musts, fermentation in steel; the wine ages in barriques for 24 months.

Crystalline yellow color, gold with amber reflections. Typical nose, very intense, persistent, fine and ethereal, broad. Ripe, harmonious in the mouth, with hints of honey and dried fruit.

Dry pastries, baked desserts, spoon desserts, blue cheeses.
