Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, traditional white vinification, aging in stainless steel containers.
Pale straw yellow colour, brilliant. Strong and varietal aromas with vegetal and mineral notes that also recall lemon. The olfactory sensations are found in the taste. Fresh acidity, medium structure, intense aftertaste.
Aperitif, white meats, fatty fish.
