Description

Bronner and Solaris are two varieties that are naturally resistant to fungal vine diseases and do not require any pesticide treatment. The grapes are gently pressed and left to macerate lightly on the skins; after pressing and decanting, the must is fermented in stainless steel, where it remains for several months in contact with the fine lees.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Complex nose, with a slightly aromatic part given by Solaris. Soft and harmonious on the palate, with great freshness and long persistence.

Pairings

Smoked fish starters, first courses and fish soups, semi-seasoned cheeses.
