Description

36 months on the lees. Vineyard of origin: La Valle and Roccolo for the Pinot Noir, Tesa for the Chardonnay and Bredina for the Pinot Blanc area 3 hectares – planting density 2.50×0.90 – altitude 250 m/sl – vines/hectare 5,000 – south facing. Sugars: 3 gr/l.

Tasting

Fine and persistent perlage, straw yellow colour. The aromatic profile is fine and subtle with aromas of white flowers, fruit and citrus fruits. The palate has a refined freshness and the delicate fruity notes confirm its great elegance.
