Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September, beginning of October; soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 8/10 days; the wine carries out malolactic fermentation and matures in large 15hl barrels for 12/14 months; remains for a few months in steel before bottling.

Tasting

Garnet red colour; fruity nose with notes of blackberry, wild herbs and violet; harmonious and full-bodied sip, with austere and smooth tannins.

Roast veal, spit-roasted white meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
