Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; maceration and fermentation for 10 to 15 days; maturation in steel for 4 months and refinement in bottle for 6 months.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is delicate, with hints of violet on a pleasantly spicy background. The sip is dry, with the right tannic content, characterized by a delicate and slightly bitter finish.
