Made from grapes harvested in early September and blended together. 30% of the wine undergoes whole-cluster carbonic fermentation, while 70% ferments on the skins. Stainless steel only.
A nose of red fruits and violets, with distinct mineral notes; a fresh and savory sip, dynamic and drinkable.
Meat appetizers, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
