Nekaj Collio DOC, 2020

Harvested by hand in boxes with selection in the vineyard in September; fermentation takes place spontaneously in the presence of the skins in oak conical vats for 60-90 days; the wine matures for three years in 20/30hl oak casks and is refined for another year in the bottle.

Golden yellow colour with orange hues; fine and complex nose of citrus, herbs, hazelnut and ripe fruit; broad and deep on the palate, with minerality and honey in perfect balance.

Fish starters, seafood first courses, tasty vegetarian dishes, cured meats and mature cheeses.
