Description

The grapes are harvested in October with careful sorting and placed in low boxes to be taken intact to the winery, destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasts about a week in special steel tanks, at 25/28°C. The wine matures in steel tanks for 6 months and refines in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Tasting

Intense red color with violet reflections; nose of red fruits, with herbaceous notes of Mediterranean scrub; fruity and mineral sip, with good persistence.

Ground appetizers, roast meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
