Description

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cap wetting and delestage; the process begins at a temperature of 18°C, ending at around 24°C, with 12 days of maceration on the skins. The wine matures in 220L French oak barrels for approximately 8/12 months, and then refines for a year in the bottle before being released on the market.

Tasting

Ruby red colour, blackcurrant and violet stand out on the nose, with a spicy note; the sip is warm and enveloping, with a nice refreshing acidity.
