Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After racking, malolactic fermentation also takes place in the same tanks. The wine matures in steel vats for at least 6 months.
Intense ruby colour; fruity nose, with notes of pomegranate, raspberry and cherry; lively and harmonious on the palate, with good structure and long persistence.
Earthy starters, cold meats and cheeses, white meats.
