Description

white vinification of red grapes; the rigorously hand-harvested grapes are softly pressed, then using only the free-run must; the second fermentation takes place with the Charmat Lungo method (5 months in an autoclave).

Tasting

Intense pink color with fine perlage and good persistence. Intense, velvety and elegant nose of rosebud, limoncella apple and cherry. Rich and balanced sip, which recalls the notes perceived on the nose.
